What are the requirements?

On October 16, 2001, a group of professional home inspectors established the West Virginia Association of Home Inspectors. The goal of this group is to provide quality home inspections as a "Not for Profit" membership organization. We dedicated our time to the advancement of the Home Inspection Association.

WEST VIRGINIA ASSOCIATION of HOME INSPECTORS

MEMBER:

Has and will maintain current "Certification by the WV Fire Marshall."
Has passed the National Home Inspection Examination
Will maintain 16 hours of continuing education each year.
Will maintain a minimum General Liability Insurance.
